Read About Me
Hello! I am Danielle Poole. I am studying to be an elementary school teacher. I am majoring in elementary education and applied psychology at Boston College. I have also just applied to a graduate program at Boston College where I am hoping to obtain a masters degree in moderate special needs. I have over six years of experience in classroom settings working with diverse groups of children ranging from preschool to eighth grade. I also have experience working with children of different developmental abilities. I grew up in Woburn, MA, where I attended pre-K through high school. I now work as a substitute teacher within the school system! I spend my summers on the south shore where I enjoy sitting on the beach and being with family. In my free time, I enjoy baking, walking my dog, reading, and traveling. I just got back from spending a semester abroad in Sydney, Australia! I also am a huge Red Sox fan and enjoy exploring Boston. I have wanted to become a teacher since I was in kindergarten. Growing up, I used to play school in my basement with my younger sister. I am so grateful that I have been given the opportunity to finally get the education needed to officially become a real teacher. Feel free to also connect with me on LinkedIn. |
